The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing! So much variety! 😊 communication about bus transport could’ve been way better. the stay was nice, just a bit disappointed with that communication hiccup.

Spacious room and the staff were helpfull and professional. The hotel is new but the occupation is high. The breakfast was phenomenal and the varities was large. Booked a car for a 2 days trip to Hoi An with the hotel and the price is very reasonable. Camellia was the only one hotel which had a counter at Hue ariport to take care of their customers. Can't understand why Camellia is only a 4 stars hotel. Camellia beats for sure all the 5 stars hotels in Hue. Highly recommended at the best hotel in Hue

Delicious breakfast with a view
Each morning began with a good breakfast on the top floor, where friendly staff offered a wide array of delicious options and fine views of the city.
Unfortunately, the soundproofing between rooms left something to be desired, as noise from the hallways could sometimes disrupt our sleep.

Good location, lots of restraunts nearby, good service, large selection for breakfast but you need to get there early, walking distance to perfume river, very helpful staff including booking tours, pool was small but nice.
We couldn't use the restraunt when the function was on.

The panoramic views from the top-floor breakfast area were unbeatable, making mornings a treat with a huge selection of delicious options, including plenty of local Vietnamese delights.
The room decor felt a bit outdated, with dark wood making things feel even more dated. Soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from upstairs, and the tiny size of the pool only had three sun loungers, which could leave you in a bit of a squeeze during the busy parts of the day. If privacy is a concern, keep in mind that the balcony furniture situation was lacking, needing you to bring in stuff from the room to enjoy a drink outside.

Lovely room with balcony, welcome basket of fruit We had a delux sky view room. Close to resturants, and bars and the citadel. I needed to see a doctors and staff at reception were very caring about organising the doctor to come to the room.and asking after my health the next day. Tour desk lady very helpful in organising a car to take us on to Ho An. It was a pleasure to be in Hue after Hanoi, I highly reccommend this hotel.

The hotel breakfast was magnificient, my kids loved it, and the super nice team in arranging trips for us! The twin room with city view was comfy and nice. Clean rooms every day and location was ideal for exploring. The view from the breakfast spot was a huge plus, fine city views!
the soundproofing between rooms could be better, and the gym was a bit small for my liking.

The hotel rooms were lovely with a balcony which was an added bonus. The hotel room was lovely in decoration with internet service included.
The swimming pool was small and not the depth they noted on the side of the pool so you need to be careful 1.4m was not 1.4 more like 1.5m deep which can be dangerous if you cannot swim. Also we booked a day tour to see the local sights we were told we needed a whole day so should leave at 8.30 a.m with our driver but we were back by 2.30pm This meant we had 3 hours to wait around before our journey back to Hanoi we asked if we could shower in the swimming pool area which the morning staff were kind to offer as we had checked out but the afternoon staff treated us as if we were an inconvenience and told us off for not bringing the towels back down to reception and then the lady at reception ignored me when I told her my sister was bringing the towels back down when I repeated this twice to her. So they need to improve on their customer service !! They did not offer a really good breakfast buffet compared to other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam

The Twin Room with Balcony was super comfy and clean, really loved the view. It felt nice and cozy to relax in after a day out. The staff were really helpful too, especially Leah who went out of her way to assist us. Just wish the soundproofing was a bit better-could hear a bit from the hallway at times.
